We have to report the unethical and very unprofessional ways in which 4 of your SINGTEL staff conducted business. Prices that were committed and confirmed earlier by the staff was not honoured by the senior manager. This same manager keep using currency RIGGIT when he was corrected that we are in Singapore and hence have to be in Singapore currency. Despite correcting him, this manager continues to make the same mistake again and again.
