I am a Singtel customer decade back. I have some issue about services some times but I still stick with Singtel. Recently my fiber contract ended and a marketing lady call saying that if I re-contract it will be cheaper and more feature included. It wasn't clear talking on the phone so we ask her to email more details and benefit. To our surprise we receive an emial saying we agree to re-contract. I call up any they said they will check n call me within 3 working days but the call never came. On and off I call many more times and it's been more then 1 month and i'm still stuck with the contract. Last evening someone call and we told her to cancel the re-contract and just use as a paying customer. She told us that she can't do that and need someone with higher authority!!! (why is a marketing person can re-contract without customer consent and a customer can't terminate a contract which they didn't agree to?) Can someone of higher authority stand-up and resolve this issue before I escalate it further. Also last month I receive a bill for almost $20 for auto-roaming even when the phone user is all along in SG. Is Singtel signal so weak that we need to connect to Malaysin or Indonesia Telco even we're in SG?....I have learn that there is no such thing as loyal customer....only paying customer!!!!
