I had done an upgraded to the Singtel fibre Broadband and i wanted to keep my present number 65220207. I went to Comcentre and they told me that the digital line 65220207 does not belongs to Singtel. I called up Starhub and they said is a digital line link with their Broadband. I asked Singtel to port over for me but Singtel said digital line cannot be port over unless i need to ask Starhub to change the digital line to an analogue line. Today 15/5 i went to Starhub and they told me that from the very first day Starhub do not have any analogue line. They told me that Singtel can do the port over without any problem. So can Singtel please advice me what to do as i have been wasting my time and effort running around to seek a solution. It had been a very horrible experienced with these 2 TELCO.
