Over a week ago, I reported a breach of security with my phone line as there are international calls shown in my phone bill which were not made by anyone in my household. I have tried online chat, have gone to Comcentre twice and spoken on the phone numerous times to your Customer Service Officer. Your technician has visited my home and advised that it is unlikely to be due to physical tampering, and more likely to be either a fault in Singtel's computer system or the computer system has been hacked. As of today, your CSO is still trying to convince me that the charges are valid, and completely missed the point this is not a billing dispute but a matter of breach of security. A telco must provide secure phone lines to customers. Any breach must be investigated immediately. Otherwise Singtel cannot be considered to be a reliable provider of telco services.
