I am totally disgusted how you have treated my daughter thru your company Optus in Australia and the stress you have put her under during University Exam Times
She has contacted you on numerous occasions to inform you that the billing is wrong and that she has been stringent at paying her bills.
After being cut off for no reason!! As she is up to date with all her bills you cut off â DURING EXAM TIMES!! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW STRESSING THIS IS TO A STUDENT STUDYING!!
She has asked to speak to a Manager even begged and until the last two phoned calls was refused â¦ to be able to speak to one.
Then when getting thru she has been promised to have the internet put back on within 24 hours and to receive phone calls back from Optus but has received no such call.
THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED AND QUICKLYâ¦ OR WE WILL BE GOING TO THE MEDIA AND LAWYERS WITH THIS AS HOW YOU CAN STRESS PEOPLE OUT THIS WAY WITHOUT PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND ME.
PLEASE RESOLVE THIS SITUATION AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND PROVIDE COMPENSATION TO HER!!
