We have requested to relocate our fibre broadband service since May and we are still waiting for the connection which was scheduled for 12 July.
I have called to try to bring the connection date forward but no one ever followed up on my request.
I just received a call saying that the connection date is pushed further back to 30 of July!
Whats going on at Singtel? Seems like one department is not talking to another. And the lack of empathy shown to customers is appalling.
