Firstly I would like to apologize for expediting this email to you. I own Fareth Healthcare Services Inc, an small business that provides Home Health to your clients via Carecentrix. I serviced a Cigna client having given the green light through Cigna Eligibility at least twice. When I went to bill for the client, I received a response that the client did not have insurance four months prior to us taking on his case! I actually got a reference number from the initial representative that confirmed his eligibility. I have tried to get this resolved, as the outstanding balance has over the years put us in a deficit. I don't know whom else to turn to. Please help!
