I have been trying to contact someone at Citibank or CitiMortgage since July 9th. I need help for a refinance that took place in 2013. Numerous phone numbers were tried. If I was fortunate enough to get an employee on the phone, they were most often rude or simply disconnected me. I sent an e-mail on July 9th and no one has had the courtesy to respond. This was an e-mail address one of CitiBankâs employees provided. Nearest branches are in New York City. I am frustrated and upset that for so many years I supported this bank. I am only a simple client and it is disheartening that I would expect more.
