Larry R Hawkins sent a message to Jane Fraser that said:
I just got through listening to your message to citicard holders about how your company will be a kind, caring and concerned company toward its customers. However in the midst of this pandemic do you think that your risk management department should be taking away credit line amounts from good customers like me who have never missed a payment. I recently paid $1500 toward my bill only to be notified in less than one week that my credit line was being reduced by $2600. Is that fair to someone who has been using that credit card for expenses every month for the last 6 months to pay living expenses. I now have lost $1500 of that expense money because my credit line was suddenly reduced with no warning. This seems very wrong to me.
