My Loan was transferred to Cenlar in April of 2019. However, during the transfer HUD contacted me regarding my partial claim loans. I have been trying to get this issued resolved since August 16, with both CitiMortgage and Cenlar, but no one seems to know what to do. It is imperative that this issue get resolved before HUD sends the loans to the treasury department's offset program. It should not take almost 3 months to resolve this issue.
