My mother has made several attempts to have a mortgage modification with citi mortgage and has not succeeded. She has a lot of health issues. She is disabled. She is a retired special education teacher and works as nanny and tutor. She will lose her job if she has her house foreclosed on. She has already had a stroke and heart attack. Can you please help her get her mortgage modified?
