Dear Mr. Corbat,
I am having an impossible time connecting with anyone at Citicards in resolving an error that Citi made regarding a dispute with a merchant. I submitted detailed information to Citicards regarding a cancelled performance on March 27 in Seattle. I even included the governors proclamation banning all such events. The merchant refused to refund anyone's money, and Citicards erroneously stated that I did not provide evidence of the performance cancellation. Would you please have someone contact me so that we can correct this? It is impossible to get through to Citicards either by phone or chat. Thanks very much for your help!
