Today, I went in to the bank to enquire about an old account I had. They could not find any info and asked me to call. And that is the treatment I received from Citibank. I just want to know if the account is closed and if I received the balance. My old account number is 40021339268. I know it is an old account. But there is no reason to hanged the phone up. I am currently with Citigold. Thank you.
