Sorry to have to write to you, but I get no help from your underlings. I am disputing a charge of $57 from Science of Skill from last October. Your people claim to have investigated this issue and found in favor of SOS, however, no one contacted me about this issue. I have emails to prove that I never purchased anything from SOS. Last month I spoke to your rep. Niccy, she told me to pay all but the $57. I offered to forward the email to her to show that I made no purchase from SOS. She declined. I do not owe anything and hope you can resolve this issue. Your disclaimer states that you protect me from fraud. I hope so. Look at my payment history from the past 15 years.
