Good Afternoon sir

I have 3 credit cards with your company. 1 through Zales, 1 with home depot, and 1 with bestbuy. I recently tried to make a purchase on BestBuy.com and my payment was not able to be processed. I went onto Citibank website and saw I had a payment of 36.23 due on Dec 16th. So I went ahead and made a payment of 50$. I then called your customer service to speak with them and figure out why my payment wasn\'t processed. They informed me that my account was past due for $11. They did tell me that they saw I made my $50 payment. So I asked them to make my account un-suspended. They informed me that they couldn\'t do anything for me. So I proceeded to ask for a supervisor or a manager on shift. The lady told me no one was there in management due to the holiday. I understand holiday time but how can an employee that uses the name "CITIBANK" work with no supervision or management to resolve customer relations? After calling three (3) DIFFERENT times, and being HUNG UP ON 3 times. I am very disappointed with the customer service Citibank has to offer. My name is Chad Dickey I called YOUR customer service number on 11/26/2015 at aprox 130-145 eastern time. Again I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service your company offered me today and the lack of supervision and management that is available for customers. The lack of management and supervision within your company worries me greatly considering your company has all of my vital information. I will be seriously considering cancelling all of my credit cards I have with your company and NEVER returning to your service.
