Good evening. I need some help. Covid has pulled the rug out from under me. I have 2 cards with citi with Excellent pay history . At this moment i cannot pay on the cards and now card companies are not willing to work with me and has hurt my credit with Citi calling 5 times a day. I do not get any covid assistant . All i need is to put my 2 cards on temporary hold for about 5 months so i can get on my feet. Dont cut them off just stop usage is fine. I had built good credit and now covid caused me to loose 200 points. Card companies are treating me as a delinquent not wanting to pay my bills. I want to pay my bills to establish credit. Please help me so i can build a relationship with CITI card for my future. The operators do not understand that you cant pay but turn around and say they put you on a plan. I cant pay right now and do not want 30 days on my credit and charge offs. Its going to take me forever now to get my score back. Can you help? Thank you
