I am a Citi Card holder where I have tried for six months to resolve a payment to my Citi credit card account with verification of cancelled check and letter from Chase bank confirming the posting date, etc. for my payment to my citi account to no avail. Your dispute team keeps denying my claim in spite of all my support documentation showing the payment being posted from Chase to Citi Bank!! Please have your secretary or someone who can resolve this issue for me for once and for all! Regards,
