I am a customer of the Citi Costco card. My complaint is how returns are accounted for by Citi. Credits are brought forward to an earlier statement if the transaction occurs before the payment for that month is due. This results in a mismatch of expenses by month, and if the credit is large enough, it wipes out the statement balance for that earlier period. No other credit card company handles credits that way, and I believe it creates difficulties in the accounting for expenses on a monthly basis. Please consider keeping debits and credits in the same monthly timeframe. Thanks! Barb. McCarron
