I am a disabled and decorated Veteran and have been banking with Citibank for many years
Almost every month for the past 5 years I wire transfer some of my social security check to one of my investment accounts. I do this online using an wire model.
I have been unable to do this since June 5 because of changes to Citibank online.
I have spent far too many hours on the phone, been disconnected 10+ times and NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED!
