I had 1 loan from Ameriquest. Citi sent me a letter telling me what I owe once they took over Ameriquest. Bank of New York sold my home claiming I had 2 loans from Ameriquest. Citi sent me a Copy the Note.
On January 17, 2019, I was given 21 Days to move out of a home which we have been living in since 2005. I was informed it was sold due to failure to pay on a 2nd Mortgage, but I only had one Mortgage on this home. I spoke with Citi Mortgage Reps and Ocwen Reps, and every Rep informed me that Deutsche Bank, is the only Investor.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Iâve reached out to Deutsche Bank, and was finally told to contact Bank of New York. Iâve never had any dealings with Bank of New York Mellon.
