Michael,
I hope all is going well. I have a AT&T citi card. I lost the card and put a hold on it. I tried calling 10 times today to make a payment. Your system asks for my account number. I do not have it. I provide the last 4 numbers and then my SSN as requested and it still does not allow me to make a payment. How is anyone able to report a card lost or stolen if they need to provide the account number that is on the card. I fully expect to get this resolved, so i do not pay a late fee. I would greatly appreciate your help.
