Your folks' responses to my emails regarding my account evokes a message for me to go to a website onto which I can neither sign (can't sign on) nor can I register to set up an account. I go to a totally different website to manage my account. Here is what I repeatedly write your folks with no response except to go back to the site that won't work for me. I reported it today, but am at my wit's end.

NUMBER, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, THE 3 DIGIT CVV CODE AND I GET A MESSAGE THAT SAYS "The information you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again." STOP TELLING ME TO GO TO www.shellcreditcard.accountonline.com DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?
