Subject: Wells Fargo electronic payment to Citi not credited to my account

Dear Mr Corbet.

I have spoken to three people at Citi beginning with Barbra on October 12,2020.

We pay citi via bill pay through Wells Fargo.
My account at citi has not credited the payment by Wells Fargo as of October 28, 2020. Wells Fargo notified me within two days after I Inquired if they had made a payment to Citi verifying that they had made the payment to Citi. I provided this information to the second person I talked to at Citi.

On Wednesday October 27, 2020 I received a computer generated that stated that action was required by me, asking me to call the same number that I called three times with no resolution to my requests for assistance.

My account as of today October 28 still shows a conditional credit to my account for the payment already made by Wells Fargo which means Citi has yet to find out where the payment from Wells Fargo was credited within Citi.

It has been ten business days since I first contacted Citi about the missing payment from Wells Fargo.

Not only does my account continue show a conditional payment but it shows penalties and interest.

Wells Fargo has offered to talk to Citi to help resolve this payment issue and I am asking your assistance resolve this issue.

I can provide the correspondence from Wells Fargo. However I I have already provided the Well Fargo routing information to Citi.

Cordially.

Marvin Neel
