Your credit card staff in Sharjah / Dubai, UAE is not responding to customers\'s complaints and grievances. I submitted a PDC for my credit card installment due to I was going vacation, they cleared the cheque long time prior to the cheque date thereby charging me late payment fee. if you don\'t accept PDC unlike before, intimate us of that. These sneaky staff hide everything to draw money from the customers. Please advise them to give proper reply to the queries and make them professionals. Now your bank\'s ehtics are equal or far below of other notorious local banks operating here..
