Good afternoon. I am a customer of your bank for personal and business since 1999.
Recently I had given a contract to an individual Mr. Kol Gjurash of Adriatic Construction for my my building Roofing remove and replacement on 9-18-19.
I had given him an advance of US$8,000.0 to complete the job and pay the rest after complation as per contract.
He cashed the money from Citizens Bank on the 9-19-19 and did not give any Id or driver License . He did not even start the work and cannot be found even by the local Police.
Please reply ASAP, So can give details.
