Dear Mr. Van Saun...I am emailing you to complain about the lack of customer service in your banks Credit Card Claims Operations. For almost 2 months I have been calling and emailing them without success re a disputed charge on my credit card. The department hasn't even been taking calls for months! I am disappointed and angry to say the least!! I don't know where to turn for assistance as I have called and emailed MULTIPLE times in the last 2 months!
