I am reaching out to you out of desperation. I have tried numerous times to resolve this issue with your staff, but to no avail. I am in no way trying to weasel out of a debt, in fact, quite the contrary. I am trying to pay one off. I have continually gotten denied for cosigner release/refinance on my Citizens student loan. I have gone to great lengths to build my credit score, achieve gainful employment, and gain autonomous control over my finances. My current cosigner has become violent and is now threatening my safety if i don't get him off the loan. I have mentioned this to the advisors at Firstmark and at Citizens and it has fallen on deaf ears. I am capable of taking over this loan on my own and have been for 3 years. Please, please meet me halfway. I'm begging you. Let me take over so I can be safe and build my life.
