Dear Sir, I want to express my total dissatisfaction with the actions of Citizens Bank and First Mark Services. Through mail offerings about 2 years ago My wife and I applied for a personal loan. it was the most lengthy and grueling process...at every turn we were told we did not exist, we did not live where we lived on and on, this process escalated and we had to go to a local branch in Brodheadsville Pa. I was told I had to go to my bank, which is right down the road ,and get a hand written letter from the Branch President with all my info to prove who I was, this process was so demeaning to my wife and i. Our Bank scoffed and was reluctant but I had all my accounts with them and they helped, they made a mockery of your bank and what they were doing to us. We later got through perseverance and principle the loan. which we pay timely. now my daughter has acquired 2 student loans through the same branch and my wife is a co signer. Now we are back to square one ...emails i do not respond to saying our info on file is invalid ...really after 2 years and my daughter has a small savings there. What is going on here and who is tampering in our accounts and personal info....I will be copying the Pa DEPT. of Banking, Rep. Jack Rader and Senator Mario Scavello.. I would like to speak with you...and rest assured we will in the near future consolidate from your bank to anther more responsible Institution
