Hello I am having a really big problem with your bank. I deposited my work check June 25th then a week later it was taken out by your bank leaving my account -800 when I went into the bank I was told it was returned to sender. Me and my boss went to his bank and they did an investigation and said they never asked or received the check back and gave me a paper stating that. So when I took it back to citizens they still say it is not their problem. It has now been 2 months and I am still missing my money and your customer service is very rude. I was hit with over draft fees and return check fees. I just want my 1300 back into my account or I will be contacting a lawyer and the news.
