He seemed like a nice guy, both affable and professional. I told him I needed to promptly open an account to receive direct-deposit disbursements from a Trust. I told him I'd gotten promos offering a $300 signing bonus. He said he'd look into it and get right back to me. So far, for some reason, he's not responded to 5 (FIVE!) follow-up emails. Is he sick or on vacation?
