I have had my business account and merchant account with Citizens Bank for over ten years. The service received from your merchant program is horrible. No follow through from rate review team without numerous calls to them for assistance. I realize you outsource this product, but feel you should be aware the customer service for this product is terrible. It has made me search for a new bank.
