I have been a customer of Citizen"s Bank here in Plymouth, Ma for more years than I can remember. I have had Multiple Savings, Checking,Credit Cards,Money Market, Mortgage and Home Equity accounts.
I currently have a problem with a Home Equity Account that the customer service representatives, although very personable, have not been able to resolve for me. An inperson visit to my local branch has yielded no better results. I have spent upwards of 2 hours on the phone with no success. I would very much like to talk to someone with the authority and the ability to help me resolve this issue.
