Good Morning mr. Van Saun, I received outstanding customer service from two of your associates at different branches who teamed up to assist me. Unfortunately your own customer service system does not allow to get a message to your office how unfortunate. One would think that as a CEO you would want to get feedback as directly as possible instead of being filtered thru many administrative layers below you.
