Diane Watson sent a message to Saun Bruce W Van that said:
I have a granddaughter who is 18 and wrote recently anticipation of an event. I sent a check which was signed by someone else. I am not sure where to go when gifts or checks seem stolen. Someone had to have gone to a P.O. Box. Again the granddaughter was capable of writing just prior to the cashing of the check. I would not want anyone else to have the funds. While estranged somewhat from the mother and father, I have expected funds to get to her. Would you count it as a loss or go further?
