I have a granddaughter who is 18 and wrote recently anticipation of an event. I sent a check which was signed by someone else. I am not sure where to go when gifts or checks seem stolen. Someone had to have gone to a P.O. Box. Again the granddaughter was capable of writing just prior to the cashing of the check. I would not want anyone else to have the funds.
