Robert sent a message to Stefano Pessina – Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance email address that said:
Closing your pharmacy in Tacoma Washington on 152nd and Pacific Ave. from 10 pm. to 8am. was a poor idea. Your employees said they were busy and no one seemed to care about the customers who came in before 8 or after 10 me being one of them. I would hope you would correct this before I decide to go some where else to buy my 9 medications I take. Once again listen to your employees and customers not your accountants.
