MR. Phillips , I am having a problem getting back a part from CPO tools . I have delt with CA & Georgia and keep getting nowhere. This matter revolves around my brand new $129.00 Makita battery that I sent back by mistake when I returned a defective drill they sold me . Cop has very rude customer service as I am sure you know or should know. $129.00 may not seem like a lot to you or the emploees of CPO, howevr they are about to find out what it means to me. I will not be robbed by CPO.
