Ralph sent a message to Brian L. Roberts Chairman and CEO, Comcast Corporation that said:
Comcast Prepaid Visa Bonus, NOT! signed up back in November of 2014, promised to receive in 30 days, never received, called in April of 2015, they said customers had to be in good standing for first three billing cycles (have paid on time for decades). They then said it's on it's way takes about 8 weeks. Here we are nine (9) months later, 3 days away from AUGUST 2015 and still no response from COMAST! WTF. Business as usual. guess it's time to switch.
