Dear Sir,
I lodged a complaint No. 36347123 on 17th November 2016 on toll free .Technician from Sony Service Center India (TEKNO PLAZA , visited my place on 19th November 2016.
We had an agreement and mutually agreed to replace my old TV with the new TV model KDL-50W950D on 3rd December 2016 on the cost of the panel Rs. 31169/-. The detail is attached. I handed over a Draft/Manager Cheque,HDFC Bank of dated 03-12-2016 of Rs. 31169/-(INR) on 3rd December 2016.
But now they are not replacing my TV with the new TV model KDL-50W950D.
