Complain of Samsung Hong Kong agent performance.
After Samsung announce the refund of the Note 7, Samsung Hong Kong only agree to provide the refund of the Note 7 but not the accessories (Wireless Fast Charge for example) bought afterwards. As a customer, I bought the charger not together with the Note 7, does not mean that I have other usage of the wireless Fast Charger after the Note 7 return.
I also bought some other non Samsung accessories like the screen protector and the phone case. I do not mean that I have to get back all the cost, but at least Samsung should do something to compensate customers' time and financial costs. Samsung Hong Kong simply do the refund but nothing else, not even a coupon for next purchase, which make me feel un respected and have a very bad feeling to Samsung. The CS even ask me to complain to Hong Kong Consumer Councel of my call to Samsung Hong Kong CS.
Frankly speeking Note 7 is a good phone if no expose problem, the recall itself will not stop me from next purchase, however the action and follow up of Samsung Hong Kong.
I really have no idea why a real customer need to have cost and time suffer from Note 7, why Taiwan can do the a very good recall but Hong Kong do that bad. I may even consider asking all my friends and relatives not to buy Samsung products because of the poor after sales services.
