I contracted with your above hotel on 10/2/17 reserving a block of rooms for July 6, 2018. Since 2012, I have been conducting business with Marriott annually in the WB area without any issues. The contract was faxed to me by Carolyn Aben in October. I signed it and returned it on 10/2/17. She acknowledged receipt via email on 10/3/17 and stated that we were all set! Today, I contacted her to pose a question and she informed me that I had no contract there. I was livid. We argued back and forth. I requested the phone number of the corporate office and she stated that procedure dictates that I speak to the general manager Harry Jones and transferred me to him. I explained the matter and it was not resolved thus Harry gave me the number to customer care. Customer Care cannot help so here I am respectfully asking for your input to resolve this issue. I really don't want to stop bringing my family here because I love the property. I just want them to honor the contract acknowledged by the sales person Carolyn Aben.
