I waited all day Monday Oct 1 st to have my gas turned on. I scheduled an appointment. Of course the window was all day. At 1 PM no had showed up so I decided to call customer service and they assured me they would be there later in the day. At 5 pm I did the same, same result, 7 pm the same, and at 9 PM they guaranteed me they would be there before 11 PM.
What a surprise no one showed up. No phone call, no explanation. Nobody cares, nobody takes responsibility, no apology.
I will be surprised if I get a response from my email to you. The credit ability of a company comes from the leadership. It starts from the top. I look forward to your response.
