Dear Sir
I waited today 14 hours for my gas to be turned on. This was due to a seasonal turnoff. I stayed home waited for you to honor your appointment. I called at 1 pm to verify someone was coming and I was assured they were. I called again at 5 PM and 7 PM and assured the same. At 9 pm I called again and was told the team was dispatched and they would arrive before 11PM. Guess what no call no. I am not surprised based on Con Edison's reputation of not caring about their customers. So what do I do now.
I actually will be shocked if I get a response to my comments.
