The power line in my driveway at 3 Frog Rock Road in Armonk. NY was accidentally cut by a contractor on April 30. It was repaired and approved by Con Ed. All necessary paperwork has been filed. All that remains is the installation of the meter. It is an outrage that I have not had electrical service April 30! As CEO, you need to be aware of the poor service response of the company you lead. Residential customers should not be treated poorly. Please correct this untenable situation immediately.
