We are not 100% satisfied with our room and even less satisfied with the lack of response from the manager to address our concerns.
If you actually do honor your 100% satisfaction guarantee, we feel we are within our rights to request a full refund for this night , as we would like to continue to feel confident in choosing the Hampton Inn and Hilton brand for our future needs.
Some contact with the manager there regarding prompt customer follow up would also be appropriate.
