Copy of email sent to NexTag Support:I signed up for NexTag 9/29, and uploaded my (small) NexTag product feed. I was told it would go live within 48 hours.5 days later - no communication, account still under review, products not live.Because of this - I now want a full refund and no long want to participate. I do not work with companies that do not have systems and standards in place. Please confirm that a refund is issued - I do not want to talk to anyone about it, nor do I wish to discuss it further. If I do not hear back by Tuesday, October 7th, I will initiate a chargeback on the NexTag merchant purchase for failure to deliver service as committed. Thank you,Brian
