Concerned that my original order of prescribed glasses were lost. Had advised I wanted original frames used due to sentimental value to me. New lens were to be installed. Glasses lost due to store not marking them with order placed. Mgr. order other pair but not black frame like original glasses. Accepted due to needing glasses but not happy. Given money spent for glasses but this is not the point. I would return money . I want frames found and returned with new lens. Poor record keeping of how things get sent to lab for repair. Advised by workers this is not the first time it has happen to customers. Correction Action Plan should be done to correct concern.
