As a long time member, I appreciated that Costco required face masks for entry. I picked up a prescription at the pharmacy and needed to hold the card reader inserting my card. After purchase, I asked the clerk for some hand sanitizer. He said all he had were small pads to clean his side of the counter. I stopped at the customer service desk to ask why there wasnât sanitizer at the pharmacy. He said they just went through so much they arenât using it anymore and to contact corporate for further info. Because you require masks, the very least you could do is have sanitizer for use at all check out points. Thanks for you attention, in advance!
