As a longtime Costco member I am very disappointed with the so-called "Concierge" services for electronics. When you call to speak to a representative you can be on hold for two hours and when finally getting through to someone they give you a case number. You then have to get back on the same phone chain at the same number to wait another two hours! This is unacceptable. Once they give you a case number shouldn't you have a faster way to receive service! This is making me rethink buying electronics at Costco.
