Dear Craig- I am a loyal consumer that is having an issue with a TV I recently purchase (out of warrenty). I do not believe a 60 inch tv should need replacement after 2 years. I am ready to purchase a complete series of kitchen appliances from Costco (I have chosen Samsung). I am seriously concerned about the quality of what you sell given the model number is different than similar at best buy and I am assuming theis model is a cheaper version..
