Dear Mr Jelinek, I am writing to you today to complain about an order I made on line with your company. I ordered two cook pans from your website, and never got them. Your local Costco in Westminster CO, says I have to get the money back ($!61.93) from the company myself. It has been over 1 month since my original order, and I have not been refunded the money. I am so upset with your company, and this treatment of a loyal customer? Why do I have to wait for the refund? This company is JR Henkel out of New York. The wrong merchandise they sent to me, has been sent back to them. They have received it. I was told I would have a refund over two weeks ago, and I still don't have it. Please help me.
